It was announced [1] on wl-en@ml.gentei.org on 2 April 2012 that cvs.m17n.org will close on 30 April 2012. Messages on the thread mention this repository collection as an existing copy of the repositories currently hosted on cvs.m17n.org for APEL, FLIM, SEMI, and Wanderlust.

Would the owners of this github repository collection consider making them the new official repositories for this software from 1 May 2012?

I am the owner of the wanderlust organization at GitHub.

I am perfectly happy to donate the GitHub repos and https://github.com/wanderlust organization to the WL project. I am not empowered to make the repositories the "official repositories for this software," though, as I have no standing in the WL project. That must be up to the project maintainers. Just let me know who needs access and I'll give them full permissions.
