Lack of error returning

The loadhdf operator does not currently return anything. It would be nice to return some sort of descriptive status or error message. This would provide some confirmation of success (and perhaps provide the resultant array parameters), or failure (what went wrong and some advice on how to correct things).

It's not clear how to provide the information. It's a DDL command. The "LoadLibrary" operator in SciDB does not seem to return anything on success or failure either.
