The package structure didn't follow the typical vim runtime structure and hence the
.qtplfiles were not getting detected and vim runtime didn't know where to look for the syntax. This fixes that and enables it to also run with Vundle.I'm holding off on updating the readme until I know that this PR will be accepted.
