This is an extension to Request Tracker, intended for version 3.8.9.

This extension overrides the following stock RT component, which may or may not cause you problems:

html/Admin/CustomFields/Modify.html

Take a look at patches/Admin_CustomFields_Modify_html.diff to see what was changed.
