Continuous deployment of beta and stable versions

• 1. Reorganize Github repositories according to the git-flow schema.
• 2. Update readmes so users are informed how to checkout the development versions of proximap and datablue, and how to contribute with feature branches
• 3. Set up a new node express service to serve stable versions of the application on water-fountains.org (in place of current landing page)
• 4. Adjust datablue and proximap deployment code so that depending on which branch is being deployed, the correct server settings are used.
• 5. Carry over important information from current landing page to the info tab of the application or the github readme pages. Link to other sites. resolves please reference project page from water-fountains.org help page #79
• 6. Set up a continuous integration service (Travis CI) to watch for commits, pull requests and automatically deploy beta and stable versions
• 7. On front-end, display version information for back-end as well as front-end. Requires a new API endpoint
