Code Map

Have a view over the script that shows the whole script in miniature, showing where in the script your view is (like the code map in Sublime Text).

This can help folks see how big the script is and to move around in it quickly.

@usetheimpe has mostly implemented this. Some remaining work includes initializing it when there is an existing script (easy), showing the current window overlaid (tricky), and using it for navigation (maybe tricky).

Hello Dethe,
I just checked the beta site and I found the implementation of codemap is bit different from what I have finished. I had a code toggle map menu for the view menu and it's dissapeared.
Also, in my implementation there is no gap between the block but there is suddely a gab between each block.

I'm just worrying if it merged correctly. )=

I think I fixed the scaling, still need to deal with the other issues. I've added separate issue for each of these: #724, #725, #727, #728, #729, #730.
