How possible could it be to have this compiled as a standalone javascript sdk for use in browsers like the one at https://github.com/watson-developer-cloud/speech-javascript-sdk/releases.

It would be nice to include the tone-analyzer service as well.

What can i do to help in releasing it?

I think the node-sdk can be used in the browser if you use browserify.

See this example https://github.com/watson-developer-cloud/node-sdk/tree/master/examples/browserify
