issue recurrence:
1. launch : mybot_gazebo/launch/mybot_gazebo_moveit.launch
2. rostopic echo /my_joint0_controller/command (my_joint0/1/2/3/4_controller)
3. plan and execute in rviz
4. topic echo output remain "data: 0.0"
