Wavebox icon in left sidebar menu of chrome setting page is confusing #1146

When you click it, instead of scrolling to that section, it instead opens a new dialog.

I would prefer if it scrolls to that section instead for better UX expectation. If you still prefer it to open a dialog, add a "external link" icon as done by the "extension" link in the same menu.

At the moment there are (confusingly) two sets of settings. Some more advanced settings are still only available under the chromium settings, which is why this behaviour is here.

We're working on bringing them all into one centralised place :)
