Commit raspberrypi/userland@da0dc52 contains initial work on stereoscopic support (for the compute module). Probably can't do much with this until I get a hold of a compute module for testing, but at least the MMAL bits can be added (along with whatever turns up in raspstill/raspivid)

I'll tentatively close this for now; I've no method of testing it and as far as I can see nothing's landed in raspistill/raspivid yet so let's call it "done" until someone can actually test it and demonstrate just how wrong I've got it ;)
