This package contains the ratbot comics web application - a simple application for publishing web comics online.
The code is licensed under the GPL license v2 or above. Packages can be downloaded from the project homepage on PyPI. The source code can be obtained from GitHub, which also hosts the bug tracker. The documentation (which includes installation, and usage examples) can be read on ReadTheDocs.
