Draw stream/PIP crop area on screen

It would be nice to be able to draw the source area for full screen streaming and PIP. This obviously works only when the source display is visible. Otherwise the user can manually define the source area (as it is implemented already) or use keyboard shortcuts - see #1341.

@waydabber Is there a way to also define the crop area numerically? I have a very specific use-case where I stream 50% of my virtual display to one of my monitors and then PiP the other 50% to my other display (thereby making one SUPER display). I don't mind going into a config file but would much rather be able to simply put what I want in a textbox like in v1.4.x. Perhaps I can move this into it's own issue where by I request for an option to stream to multiple displays (less cumbersome than also a PiP?

Yes, it would be better to create an issue for this. It is certainly possible to add a feature for this. Now you could still specify numeric values via some Terminal commands (or editing the config file as you mentioned).
