This should enable some advanced features and might also fix some of the issues. Older macOS versions should fall back to the older API (not supporting some of the new stuff possible).

As app version 2.x will require macOS Monterey 12.4+, this is a great opportunity to move to ScreenCaptureKit. The v1.x will continue to use the existing methods, so all Macs will be covered.
