Please see the screenshot below. Steps that I did:
I had (I guess) next-to-most recent (stable) version of BetterDisplay
Got a prompt about the updated version (1.4.2), upgraded
Clicked on the menu, to check it for the first time, how it looks in the new version
Noticed "power off" icon behind the dummy I had (I have 5K monitor running together with the dummy)
Clicked on that "power off" icon
Got an alert, that I cannot disconnect the dummy manually as it's associated with the (real) monitor (and that it can be overridden with the settings or something like that)
Clicked on the menu again, and now I see what is on the screenshot. Basically, the headers for the monitor and the dummy are blank (just in case, that blank space is not selectable at all), and some important menu items (notably, to quit BetterDisplay (at the end) are blank/gone as well.
I'm running most recent/stable Ventura (Version 13.2 (22D49)) on Mac mini M1 with LG UltraWide 5K (LG 34WK95U) with single dummy associated with the display.
killall BetterDummy and launching it again, brought the menu content back. But it's reproducible! I mean, if I click on "power off" button behind the dummy, the menu content goes blank again. Please see the screen recording below.

Hahh, I was able to reproduce it. The issue comes up with a dummy that is associated to a display and therefore cannot be disconnected. In this case the disconnect button should not even be there + once you click on the disconnect button, after the warning all menu GUI is gone.

Most of the menu content is gone after an attempt to disconnect dummy after upgrading to most recent BetterDisplay
Attempting to disconnect an associated (so non-disconnectable) dummy makes graphical app menu items go missing
