It's time to remove the last remnants of BetterDummy-ness from the app (the app identified itself as BetterDummy to maintain compatibility with older installs).

This requires

  • a change in bundle ID,
  • executable name,
  • preferences file location/contents
  • update feed location

This unfortunately breaks permissions, auto-update, preferences (upgradeability). Because of this, v2.0.0 will need to be freshly installed.
