The new v2.x.x versions of the app will require Monterey 12.4 or higher due to API constraints. For older Macs, the v1.x.x app version will continue to be offered.
As an effort "not leave any Mac behind", the v1.x.x version should extend "as-is" (mostly untested) support for macOS Catalina and Mojave.
