Connect all displays on wake to fix Intel no screen issue with disconnected displays #1809

Some Intel macs tend to show a blank screen for all displays if one of the displays are disconnected. There should be an option to force-connect all displays on wake to prevent this from happening.

Added this in v2.0.x, need to port it back to 1.4.x as well.
