The app detects zoom bounds when the zoom is set to global but in Sonoma when it is set to per display, this detection fails. This sometimes results in displays with color table adjustment beahaving erraticaly (changes do not commit) when there is no movement on the screen as the app does not place the activity enforcer properly on the visible (zoomed) area.

This requires some rework to work properly.
