Underscan is fine but does not let the image be aligned left/right or up/bottom and also does not allow for overscan. A zoom control should be useful as well.

This is required for #1949 as well.

With the above settings the screen would look like this for example (decreased size, off-center).

You can use the control for magnification as well.
