The question is who this Readme is for. As it is I found it unusable for users, maybe for contributors, but lots of infos where missing. it is not exclusive, but I dont know are there Distros where it doesnt run? I would give examples but used non-exclusive language ("like", "and more").

Now it may be a bit too focused toward beginners, but I think this is a main target too.
