Maximized visualizations don't display properly in vulnerabilities dashboard

Description
When a panel is maximized, the whole panel cannot be seen or the information is overlapped.

Preconditions

1. Have information in the vulnerabilities dashboard

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Vulnerabilities dashboard
2. Click on the "···" button to open the visualization actions
3. Click on Maximize

Expected Result

1. Visualizations should rendered using the full screen on top of all the dashboard

Actual Result

1. Visualizations are rendered on the lower part of the dashboards and some times mixed with other visualizations
