Applied authorized agents filter in Agent stats and visualizations

Hi team this resolves

• Show only authorized agents in Most active agent stat
• Show only authorized agents in dashboards visualizations

Closes #2966 and #2986

Known issues:

• It remains to apply the same filter in the Events section and Security Events / Security Alerts table

I tested the PR and it is working for the mentioned visualizations, but maybe we should resolve the remaining sections that should consider the permissions about the visible agents for the user before accepting the PR.

Another section where it should apply changes is in the stats like these:
