Hello team, this pull request adds a new feature to our backend. The feature
has been described on #440 , read it for more information.

Brief summary:

  • Configurable frequency for wazuh-monitoring insertions
  • Optionally you could disable the wazuh-monitoring insertions
  • Added some useful metrics for Overview general if wazuh-monitoring is disabled
  • Increases the default frequency from 10 minutes to 1 hour
