API: Flask - Create full specification with openapi #2639

We need a full and detailed specification according to the openapi standard (version 2). See doc here

It must document the current API or even introduce new improvements. It will also fix any other issues out of the standard.

Care must be taken with new endpoints which will be directly specified in this file.

Since now connexion 2.2.0 support openapi 3.0 specification, we have decided to write the Wazuh API spec with 3.0 too.

This has been performed in several iterations. However, the spec will be improved along development of new API goes ahead.
