Joule stops working after certain time

Description of the Issue

After a certain amount of time Joule appears to not be connected anymore with my node. If I then reset it, it will start to work again, but only if I first open the link to my server manually in the browser and accept the insecure certificate. My suggestion is that maybe this problem is caused by Chrome which wants me to accept the insecure cert again but I can't do it from within the Joule extension so I have to visit the link again.

Steps to Reproduce

Wait a few days after which Joule will stop working. Visit link to REST API and accept cert, Joule starts working again.

Ah yep, this is another symptom of #19. I'll leave this issue open separately as-is since I'll likely need to add a modal or something for failed requests due to cert errors that prompts the user to fix their cert rejection. But a more holistic fix is definitely in need.
