Can't display package control in SublimeText 3 dev 3125 for Mac #1177

I've used SublimeText and package control for a long time , I think I install them correctly .

But now , package control doesn't display in the command list ( cmd+shift+p ).

Who can help me, thanks

... I don't know who add it to ingored_packages ...
