downloading 401 http error

I think this is probably a duplicate issue? I tried to install zencoding package and looks like the project is now marked as private. I started getting this error after I tried installing the zencoding and whenever I try to load the package manager.

Yeah, it seems sublimator turned the repo private. I've removed it from the default list. If someone has a copy and forks it, I will add it back.
