LaTeXTools not available (again...) #538

Hi @wbond , unfortunately it appears that the LaTeXTools package (which I'm maintaining) does not show up on the community package list at

http://wbond.net/sublime_packages/community

and indeed I just tried installing it on a fresh user account using Package Control in ST2, and failed. It appears LaTeXTools is not listed. BTW this has happened before: see issue #370 .

Am I doing something wrong? I have checked several times today, with no success.Some of my users have started to complain...

GitHub was having issues with their API again.
