Partial stars

Hi,

great piece of code, but one thing prevents me from using it: I need to rate with full stars, but I want to current rating to be displayed in stars with decimal. That means that 2.25 should show a quarter of star in its start value, no rounding. The only star rating code I saw capable of this is RateIt, however it can only display these partial stars in readonly mode. I need to combine both.
