Current behavior
TSLint rules are not up to date and not so strict, which makes reviewer spent time on these style nit picks.
Also npm scripts task are not properly named and don't do exactly what we want

Expected behavior

  • Tighten up TSlint rules + refactor code to pass them
  • refined scripts for linting/formatting/verifying
