Requirements:

nodejs
jekyll

Fork the repo
Execute npm install to install dependencies
npm install -g grunt-cli to install grunt command line interface
run jekyll serve --watch to deliver the page at http://localhost:4000
run grunt for watching css changes

After you finished your work run grunt build and pull request the changes.
