Installation:

1. Clone the repository:
   url: https://github.com/wchapman/KlustaMat.git
   Using command line: git clone https://github.com/wchapman/KlustaMat.git
   

2. Install KlustaKwik
   Note that if you have cluster cutting software installed that has internal integration with KlustaKwik, you still have to install this version.
   

Running:

Once in your MATLAB path, you can run KlustaMat with KlustaMat.RunAxona() or KlustaMat.RunNeuralynx (see file for arguments)

Updates will be provided through the GitHub URL.
To update using the GitHub UI, simply sync
To update from terminal: git pull from the repository folder
