Add multiple events

As a Moderator I want to add multiple events at once.

1. There is a dropdown in the event editor, that has an option "Import bulk"
2. When I click that option popup with textarea and "Import" button appears
3. Textarea shows a placeholder with a template: 5 lines per event in the following format:

name
date
venue
price

name
date
venue
price

4. Import button create all events
