Based on the the discussion in #1070

Depends on weaviate/contextionary#24

Todos

  • Add new object to REST API
  • Since it's a map type, parse and validate manually
  • Store on save
  • Store on update
  • Pass along to contextionary when vectorizing
  • E2E-Test automatically and/or exploratively
