Resolved.

Extend Scrolling to cover Body Scroll Issues

This is more about scrolling than viewport. Encouraging everyone to study the issue and see what the concrete bugs / tests would be. Does any of it make sense in the scrolling focus area? If so, we could discuss adding tests, or come back to it for Interop 2023. This is mostly about mobile browser behavior that isn't tested in WPT.

Reinstate/add filePicker() tests

Poking Chromium and WebKit folks about the added tests. Since we didn't explicitly discuss including filePicker() in Interop 2022 but did include it by non-objection in test list review, if someone wanted to say this shouldn't be included at all, we'd all probably agree. (But nobody pushing for that now.)

Investigation effort updates

web-platform-tests/interop-2022-editing#1

@jgraham: Had a meeting, new issues filed, feedback on these issues appreciated:

Meetings are monthly at the same time slot as the Editing WG but one week after each meeting. Anyone who wants to get involved ask @jgraham to be invited.

@chrishtr: Do you think it's going well?

@jgraham: There was some initial concern that it wouldn't address editor library author issues, but we identified some concrete work we can do.

@chrishtr: It's been difficult in the Chrome team to figure out the import parts of editing to work on, really appreciate this work to clarify.

@foolip: When do we define how we'll score the editing investigation?

@jgraham: By the next meeting we should have issue feedback and assuming no changes we'll probably base it on the progress in those 4 areas.

The pointer/mouse event and viewport investigation efforts first meetings are happening this week and next, will hopefully follow a similar pattern to editing.

Interop 2023

@foolip: Filed issue for people asking how to propose new areas. We should discuss a timeline soon. Putting this on the agenda for next time, will have a proposed timeline then as well to review.
