After #157 we need to download these blueprints from its sources, in particular the download manager should handle the following:

Placing the binaries into its own specific place, preferably, isolated by its blueprint ID.
The download manager should support different sources, HTTPS, IPFS, ...etc
The download manager should verify the downloaded binary before it do anything with it. (we add sha256 with the blueprint)
The download manager should be able to download blueprints in parallel.
