Modrinth classification issues

Issue Description: Currently, there is no metadata set on Modrinth regarding the support of client/server sides. This prevents some tooling such as packwiz from working as expected.

Dynmap should be classified as supporting the server exclusively, with the client marked as unsupported.

• Steps to Replicate: Install packwiz, setup a test project, and try to run packwiz modrinth install dynmap. Observe the metadata received from Modrinth doesn't give information about support on the client or server.
