Dynmap doesn't support russian symbols. =(

Dynmap v 0.13

I tried to change:
In HTML:
*html lang="en" to html lang="ru";

*meta charset="utf-8" to meta charset="windows-1251";

In config:
*recode ANSI to UTF-8.

It's not helped me. =(

Do you use IIS on windows? I have the same problem with accents characters...
You should maybe don't use internal web server : https://github.com/FrozenCow/dynmap/wiki/Setting-up-without-the-Internal-Web-Server(Advanced)

Support for proper UTF-8 encoding and decoding on the web and JSON interfaces was just checked in on the 0.18 development branch. Any testing and feedback on the results would be appreciated.
