If some application is missing, or it's status is wrong, consider doing your own test and informing the results in the issues page. Apps needing an account to work, won't be tested, and won't receive any official support.
Since akvirtualcamera is distributed with it's binaries unsigned, it may not work in some programs, you can try signing akvirtualcamera, notarizing it, or applying some hack to make it works in those programs.
