I'm filing on behalf of a friend who harangued me at a party. Bug has been filed 11 months ago, no one assigned -- b/c it's on fidelity's side, presumably -- and yet chromium fixed their issue (see comment field).
I'm hard-pressed to consider this a webcompat issue, given the symptoms. I've nudged bug 1313699, but I'm not sure what we can do to help out here. @karlcow, were you hoping we could delve into their code to diagnose why the SSN/username parameter isn't being sent? Because if so, it sounds like we'll need to ask them to give us a test account, as their signup process says that they will have to verify our identity (and I'm not in the market to open an actual account with them).
