This page works fine in the current devedition. I even changed the browser locale and tested it with Japanese locale settings, but I can't seem to get the error message. My guess is that it probably was a temporary issue with the server, sending either a completely empty response or some binary garbage, which I had happen before.

If someone can reproduce this, we can always reopen. :)
