Description: Option for using Security Key to login does not appear
Steps to Reproduce:
On chrome, "Sign in with Windows Hello or a security key" link appears, and "Sign in options" also provides the option. But in Firefox and Safari, it doesn't appear.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. The option is not available:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 99.0.1 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 101.0a1 (2022-04-29) (64-bit) /Chrome Version Version 101.0.4951.41 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Mac OSX 10.15.6

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly.
3. Works as expected using Chrome.
