Having no data I will close the issue as incomplete.
If the reporter (or anyone else) can test more in-depth and provide more information (provide date and needed info to fill in the form, attach logs/errors), please feel free to reopen or comment on the issue, and we'll have a thorough look on it.
Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again?
