URL: https://www.oticascarol.com.br/brasil

Browser/Version: Firefox 106.0 mobile

Operating System: Android

What seems to be the trouble?(Required)

  • Desktop site instead of mobile site
  • Mobile site is not usable
  • Video doesn't play
  • Layout is messed up
  • Text is not visible
  • Something else (Add details below)

Hamburger menu on top right is very inconsistent, only opens sometimes on Firefox, rapid tapping necessary for consistent results. Same with closing. Works as expected on Chrome, one tap to open/close.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to: https://www.oticascarol.com.br/brasil
  2. Click on hamburger menu button on the top right

Expected Behavior:
Menu opens

Actual Behavior:
Menu doesn't open most of the time.

It's unfortunately not allowong me to upload a screenshot from GitHub mobile (another bug lol). I'll try to upload it when I get home.

Further testing has revealed that the problem may be due the actual area which needs to be pressed for the open/close event to trigger is incredibly small compared to Chrome. I've been able to get it to work consistently by only focusing on a very small area in the center, but it requires an unfair amount of precision, not easily achieved with a mere finger.
