Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play
Description: Media controls are broken or missing
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to https://m.vk.com/video-45509461_456244614
  2. Observe the media player's UI.

Expected Behaviour:
The media player has the kebab menu with "Playback speed" and "Picture in picture" options.

Actual Behaviour:
The media player is missing the kebab menu with "Playback speed" and "Picture in picture" options.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible on Chrome
