Description: Unable to login
Steps to Reproduce:
I can't login to my account on tsn.ca if ETP is set to "Standard". Turning off TCP with network.cookie.cookieBehavior to 4 fix the issue.

Since a paid account with a valid subscription from a TV provider is needed, and the issue is related to Enhanced Tracking Protection and a change of a pref was made, could you please submit the issue here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Core&component=Privacy%3A%20Anti-Tracking, in the Anti-Tracking Component, and @wisniewskit will have a look at it?
