Tested Another Browser: Yes

Problem type: Something else
Description: Firefox is treating anything after (.) as a domain
Steps to Reproduce:
Type app.js or simon.cowell and search (hit enter) for the same in (search or enter address ) bar.
Firefox is opening a website named www.app.js or http://www.simon.cowell/.
Firefox is giving first preference to visit website rather than to search for the following information.
Expected Result :
Should show search result for both (app.js and simon.cowel)l.
