URL: https://investor.vanguard.com

Browser / Version: Firefox 123.0
Operating System: Windows 10
Tested Another Browser: Yes Other

Problem type: Something else
Description: disappering vertical scroll bar
Steps to Reproduce:
Using Windows 11 home edition, version 23H2 with latest updates.
On that website, click on the search icon upper right.
TEST #1: If I search for most any fund (I searched for 'VFIAX'), a result pops up. I click on that result to take me to the VFIAX page. There, the vertical scroll bar works as expected. I went to the price chart graph and clicked on it - the scroll bar still works as expected.
TEST #2: If I search for 'XLK', again a result pops up. I click on that result to take me to the XLK page. The vertical scroll bar works as expected. HOWEVER, IF I CLICK ON OR POINT TO THE PRICE CHART GRAPH, THE VERTICAL SCROLL BAR DISAPPEARS, AND I CANNOT SCROLL OR USE THE 'PAGE UP'/'PAGE DOWN' KEYS.
This problem occurs when I search/select any of the 'XL_" funds - there are about 11 of them.

Apparently something in the html of the page caused the bug to appear in Firefox 123.0.1 with Windows 11. This does not happen using the browser DuckDuckGo.

Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it. I'm unable to scroll with the keyboard arrows on link 1 but on link 2 works fine.

Tested on:
• Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-03-10) / Firefox Release 123 / Chrome 122.0.6261.70
• Operating System: Windows 10

Notes:

  1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly
  2. Not reproducible on Chrome

Moving to Needsdiagnosis.
