Description: Site report button not showing and blocking the tab
Steps to Reproduce:
The report site button is not working and the Webcompat.com site is not showing and it is also blocking the tab with this site and the site becomes unusable when scrolling. I have encountered this error on several sites.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue by following the steps to reproduce.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 124.1.0 (2016010543-🦎124.0.1-20240321230221🦎)/ Firefox Nightly 126.0a1 (2016012423-🦎126.0a1-20240331204101🦎)/ Firefox Beta 125.0b6 (2016011967-🦎125.0-20240329091918🦎)
Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)
Operating System: Oppo Find X5 (Android 13) - 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~402 ppi density)

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Beta.
3. Button not available in Firefox Release.
