Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce the bug related to the "Send message" button overlapping over the scrollbar. However, I couldn't reproduce the freezing button issue.

Tested on:
• Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 126.0a1 (2024-04-10) / Firefox Release 124.0.2 / Chrome 123.0.6312.123
• Operating System: Windows 10

Notes:

1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly
2. Not reproducible on Chrome.
3. Reproducible regardless of settings of Enhanced Tracking Protection

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a lengthy message in the input, enough for the scrollbar to appear.
2. Observe the "Send message" button.
